(Maharishi University of Management) Top performers in management, sports, and music have uniquely high brain integration compared to average-performing controls. They also have higher moral reasoning and more peak experiences. American and Norwegian researchers used neurophysiological methods to assess performance potential -- a topic dominated by psychology. These researchers are the first to show a brain measure of effective leadership. Their Unified Theory of Performance suggests higher levels of mind-brain development form a platform for higher performance, regardless of profession.
